Helloo,
I am currently using an email with options activity but I am having issues with the formatting of the "body" of the email.
The body is entered as such:
As you can see, there is spacing between the paragraphs.
When i input this text into the "Email with options" activity, my formatting dissapears and results in:
If needed, I can also have the body in HTML formatting.
Perhaps this will solve the issue?

I am very new to Automate however I have picked up items quick. The error I am having is when I select send email with options to send a letter for approval to an external email it is all one block of text. I type the text in the body with spaces and it send as one solid paragraph.
Any help would be great.

I also realised that while trimming it removes the <br>.
I added these back into the "Email with options" activity and now it looks better.
You are using trim() in Compose-Body Action.
"The Trim function removes all spaces from a string of text except for single spaces between words. "
Remove trim and it will come as it is.
