CoPilot Studio Agent reading Excel Files

Hi Power Platform Community,

I created a Copilot Studio agent that reads data from an Excel spreadsheet and answers questions based on that data. It was working fine until last week, but now it seems the agent is no longer able to access or extract the data from the file.

When I test it, I receive the following response:

“The Excel file does not contain any extract or information regarding the hours logged.”

It appears that the agent can no longer extract the data from the file. This Excel file was uploaded by me during the Knowledge Session.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows what might be causing this?

So you are in the Autonomous agent section.

Is this a conversational or autonomous agent?

need to see pictures of your agent, the instructions, the Knowledges(from the knowledge screen not the main screen), and an explanation of how it works and any Topics etc that should be triggered.

Also, you can try removing the file and re-adding it

Lastly, did you make ANY changes at all since last week, even just 1?
