I am receiving an error "An expected server error occurred." when I go into the Details tab in PVA. Any insights on why this is happening?

Hi @chadvargo,

That is a pretty generic error. I do see your bot is not published yet? Are you able to reproduce the error/do you still see that error after you have published the bot?

Every time I create a flow within PVA then save the flow, I can't add it to within a topic. This chat bot is published for reference.

Created test flow:

Attempting to insert new test flow into topic, but flow not found. The only option I see is "Create a flow" and I have already done that several times.

The unexpected server error message is a known issue. The fix for this issue should be deployed to production relatively soon. The source of this particular error message is benign.

There is an unrelated issue on the Details page where the menu bar is missing when using PVA for Teams. That issue should also be fixed in the same deployment containing the fix for the error message.

A fix has been deployed for the missing menu in PVA for Teams and the unexpected server error message, both on Setting Details page. Please let us know if you are still having these issues.

I am getting the message whenever I try to test a bot. It started early this AM and still happening.
"An unexpected server error occurred. Please try again."

Never mind. It must be my Edge cache. The bot test works fine in Firefox.

I'm still receiving this message. I tested both Chrome and Edge to see if the issue was related to the browser but still receive the same message in both browsers.

@Anonymous The condition that caused that was causing this error on Setting Detail page should be fixed.

Where are you seeing this error, and are there any steps that are needed for the error to appear?

Hi, Mike. After I have created a Chat bot and then go into "Test bot" I still receive the error code, "An unexpected server error occurred. Please try again." I tried publishing, but got the same results. I have tried opening PVA in Edge, Firefox and Chrome with the same results. Do i have a setting set up
incorrectly?
