Power Apps Integration form retains previous value in Edit Form

I have customized a SharePoint list form through the Power Apps Integration.  The issue is when the user opens the form in Edit mode for an item and cancel or save, then attempt to edit another item by opening the Edit Form, the previous item info displays in the dropdown value field.  I have updated the SharePoint Integration OnEdit Property to this:
Refresh(pia1);
ResetForm(SharePointForm1);
EditForm(SharePointForm1)

The form does not reset.  This is only happening in the dropdown datacardvalue.  The SharePoint List field is a text field and the dropdown was set in PowerApps Integration with Data Type of Allow Values. Can someone assist in this issue?

    There are some "shortcomings" in a SharePoint Integrated Form when changing records as neither App OnStart or Screen OnVisible run unless the user refreshes their browser in SharePoint between each record as the Form is hidden, not closed (for performance reasons). The only variable that changes is SharePointIntegration.Selected (which reflects the record chosen)
    You mentioned a drop-down being incorrect - what is the Items of this and also the Default (if a drop-down) or DefaultSelectedItems (if a combo box).

    @WarrenBelz The items property for the datacardvalue is ["","Yes","No"].  It is defaulting to either Yes or No.  The field in SharePoint list is a text field.  It's not a combo or choice box.  I have added this in Power Apps when added the text field and changed the Data Type field to Allow Values.  This converted the field to be a dropdown.

    I was referring to the control that displays and writes the value back to your text field - if it is a drop-down, the Default would be (using your field name)
    ThisItem.YourTextFieldName
    If it is a Combo Box, then the DefaultSelectedItems would be
    {Value: ThisItem.YourTextFieldName}
    and the Update of the DataCard would be (using your control name)
    DataCardValuexx.Selected.Value
    Also is this a Modern or Classic control  and what is the Item of the Form ?

    @WarrenBelz All of the properties you sent looks fine and the same per your image.  I have found out that when you update the SharePoint text field to a data type of Allow Values as dropdown with Items property set with values to have it defaulted to blank (ie. ["","Yes","No"], I had to set the AllowEmptyValues to true.  This worked.

    Regarding this statement on the App OnStart run, is there a way to enforce the browser to refresh at the users end?
    "App OnStart or Screen OnVisible run unless the user refreshes their browser in SharePoint between each record as the Form is hidden, not closed (for performance reasons)."

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    No unfortunately. You can sometimes have success by putting the required actions OnEdit / OnView, but I have found this inconsistent.
