Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a topic that is triggered via a recieved message that intends to end the conversation. I have added some conditions to trigger this topic within the properties of the trigger but whenever it is triggered, the initial quesiton of the topic is asked twice. I have reprompts of the question set to none and only one topic that is triggered by this. In fact, I have tried other topics with the trigger of "message recieved" and it gives me the same reprompt of the first question/comment as if the topic is triggered twice. Any ideas?
