User cannot access the app

Dear Power Apps community, I hope you are doing well.

I am contacting you because some of my users are not able to access my app.

I have developed an app that is shared with multiple countries worldwide.
 
Only a country is unable to access it. Even after having given the rights to access it, the users keep receiving the following message:
"The app cannot be searched. You can refresh the browser to access the app". But nothing seems to work.

Have anyone already had this issue ? Could you please help me understanding what could be wrong ?

    Hi,
     
    I suggest the following:
     
    1. Environment & Region Settings
    • Ensure the users in the affected country are accessing the app from the same environment where it was built and shared.
    • Sometimes, Power Platform environments are region-specific, and users in other geographies may not have access unless explicitly added.
    2. Licensing & Permissions
    • Double-check that the users have the correct Power Apps licenses.
    • Confirm that the app is shared with them individually or via a security group — and that the group is synced and active.
    3. Browser & Network
    • Ask users to try accessing the app in a different browser or incognito/private mode. Quite often a caching issue.
    • Check if there are network restrictions or firewalls in their country or organisation that might block Power Platform services.
    4. App Visibility
    • Go to Power Apps > Apps > Details and ensure the app is not hidden or restricted by any conditional access policies.
    Suggested Next Step
    If none of the above resolves the issue, try:
    • Removing and re-sharing the app with one of the affected users.
    • Raising a support ticket with Microsoft, especially if this seems to be a region-specific platform issue.

    Dear MVP-Phipps,

    Thank you for your prompt answer. In the meantime I am trying to investigate which option could solve the issue. I will let you know once I have more elements.

    Although I removed the user's access and re-gave it back to them. And when I tried to validate their accesses I had the following message back: 
    The request failed with error: '{"error":{"code":"0x80060888","message":"The key in the request URI is not valid for resource 'Microsoft.Dynamics.CRM.comment'. Ensure that the names and number of key properties match the declared or alternate key properties for the resource 'Microsoft.Dynamics.CRM.comment'."}}'. The correlation Id is '8957fd10-b5f2-4f1a-b859-045f39762c37'.
     
    Could this be related to the access issue ?
