Hey all can PVA's AI learn new trigger phrases as it is being used?

Unfortunately, not yet.
The idea is that you prepare the trigger phrases with some common phrases, and the chatbot will understand the words.

But maybe it is a redundancy idea because you need to prepare your topic to understand some common phrases.
You can open the Analytics inside the PVA Portal (on the left menu) and extract the sessions, or you open the Power Apps (make.powerapps.com) >> Data >> Entities >> ConversationTranscript (view All) >> Data, to extract the common phrases that your users sent to the chatbot and improve the trigger phrases with the new phrases.
