I am having issues adding an attachment to our web app bot.. as shown below:

I have been following the documentation and the github sample from Microsoft here:

I have the storage set up and the code should be added to the website. Looking at github, would this be a Direct Line issue since there is no response when an attachment is submitted? Or could it be that it isn't communicating with the Azure storage account from the /web/.env files:

I am using a secret for the storage account access key from the Azure Key vault that I share with the people who operate our website. Would they need certain permissions to access the Storage account as well or is the secret sufficient?
