Migrating Servers Do I need to re-share Apps

Hi there

We are migrating servers and I therefore need to change the App to point to the new server (The database names are exactly the same)

My question is, as the app will point to a new server with a different name, do I need to re-share the App with the users or will they just get a pop up asking them to click on 'allow'

You should not have to re-share the app, but you will have to edit the data source to re-connect to the database on the new server. Then you must "publish" the app again so that users can connect to the new server.
