Viewing Power Apps results and prompting for additional SharePoint list fields

I have created a Power Apps app that displays a form with chosen fields from a SharePoint list I want all users to see and complete.

 

What is the best approach to then send a link to the app where a chosen few can view the submitted result but also prompts these additional users with four more fields to complete that saves to the same SharePoint list?
