How can I assign System Administrator in Power Platform to a Developer to enable him to create dataverse tables when I am receiving the following message and I am the Glob al Administrator:

You do not hold necessary privileges to perform this action.

Navigate to the Environments | Power Platform admin center

Roles

If you cant able to update, raise a ticket https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/products/power-apps/support with MS.
