Hi,

Im coming off the back of using a Flow that can execute an add Sharepoint Item, store the new id in a variable and send back via a Respond to a PowerApp.

Is this possible just by using the Powerapps and not use Flow as far as returning the ID of the new record that was created by say a Submit Form?

Yes - easily on the OnSuccess of the Form

Set( varID, Self.LastSubmit.ID )
