Hi, I am looking for some suggestions on an issue that i am having with powerapps form. I have a list form customized in powerapps. When I click on edit form, it open the display form on the left side of the window and after a second refreshes and opens the edit form. Same happens when open the display form, it opens the display form and then refreshes to open the edit form.

Here is the action that I have set on the Integration control- Edit form:

Set(SharePointFormMode, "EditForm"); EditForm(EditItemForm); Navigate(EditScreen, ScreenTransition.None)

I have attached a screenshot with the issue here, I hope it would help in explaining the issue.

Thank you.

    Hi @anka,

Did you put the formula you posted in the OnEdit property of SharePoint Integration? Since only formula in OnEdit property would run when selecting Edit option.

Usually, the OnEdit property has only below formula by default and it should work as expected:

    Capture.PNG

With EditForm function, the form is already set to edit mode, you do not need the Set(SharePointFormMode, "EditForm") formula to set its mode. And by "Navigate(EditScreen, ScreenTransition.None)", are you having multiple screens in this custom form app?

Please try to change your formula in OnEdit property of SharePointIntegration to:

    EditForm(EditItemForm)

    Regards,

    Mona

Thank you for you response. I want to show seaparate form on NewItem and EditItem which is why I put the forms in seaperate screens and then I use a variable(SharepointFormMode) to show the desired screen in new, edit and view screen.
