I need some assistance in formulating governance framework for Powerapps. Please let me know if anyone has ideas.
I've also been trying to find governance reccomendations for using Power Apps and Flow - the closest I've come is Governance for Power BI - which seems to be similiar in many ways (cloud technology, connects to data, etc). It's a fairly comprehensive document and can be found here:

The only other item I was able to locate was a comment from Microsoft from september 2016 stating that they were working on it and asking readers to complete a survey - more to do with Flow than PowerApps but they do seem to go hand in hand:
