Model-driven app self-refrencing lookup filter using Javascript

I need to write a javascript code to return fields with designation as "Manager" in the Manager lookup column in Model-Driven app.
Here is the code:

    On performing the above steps, able to filter the columns, but the default view is showing all the employees list.

    Need to click all records, then only showing filtered records
