suggests that the bot is unable to find a relevant answer from the indexed documents in your knowledge source, even though it may briefly display a response before showing the error.
Here are a few possible causes and suggestions to resolve it:
Basically it means that the reply is inappropriate or the AI don't have enough material to answer for the question. For me I got rid of this message once set in the action properties to use Classic data (see attached picture). This way my Agent could use general knowledge with the source knowledge to format the correct reply. I'm writing a blog about creating Copilot Studio Agent, please see www.karlex.fi
