CSAT star rating doesn't display correctly in Microsoft Teams

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) star rating doesn't display correctly in Microsoft Teams when using Copilot Studio's "End of Conversation" topic.
In Teams, the default CSAT survey fails to render interactive star ratings properly, leading to non-functional or visually broken elements.
Could you please let me know is this problem a known issue? Also, when will the problem be resolved for the Microsoft Teams UI?

However, in the 'Test your agent' UI at Copilot Studio, it is displaying and working correctly.

    Hello, I'm facing the same issue. That needs to be fixed.

    I am also expriencing this same issue.  It does not render in Teams but it works in Copilot Studio.  
     
    I implemented a workaround but of course it isn't included in Analytics.
     
    I have a support ticket open for this (req id - 2504110040012528)

    we're having the same issue, we created a support ticket, and they said
    "Kindly be informed this is a known issue and we have already escalated this to the project team"
