Change list separator character

Hi,
 
I have no idea why one day my power app change the list separator to ";" and the chaining operator to ";;" as below picture.
Please help to guide me change list separator to "," and the chaining operator to ";".
 
 
My window setting is below.

    this is normally related to the browser language you are using. some languages use ; and some use ;;.
     
    can it be that you changed the language?
     
    which browser language are u using?
