Hi everyone, I would like to ask a question regarding PVA
I need to retrieve emails of chatbot users, and I referred to the following article

According to the article, I can transform the Display Name into email through the office API, but the procedure will be too complicated for all the users.
I have already set up Azure AD, and was hoping there is another way to directly retrieve user's email.

No, the post created by @Jcook is the unique way to return that information if you are using the PVA for Teams.
Why will be too complicated?
