Copilot studio no inicia nuevo agente con el "asistente generador de agentes"

Hola,
Dispongo de office 365 premium y licencia copilot, pero cuando intento crear un agente no me abre el asistente que permite ir conversando y va generandotela y configurando el agente. 

Alguien sabe a que se puede deber?
