Seeking Guidance: How to Learn and Use AI Capabilities in Power Apps and Power Automate?

I have experience working with Canvas apps using SharePoint and Dataverse as backends. Now, I want to learn about integrating AI with Power Apps and Power Automate. There are many articles and videos available, but I find them confusing and overwhelming. Can anyone suggest a clear learning path, recommended courses, or resources specifically focused on using AI within Power Apps and Power Automate?
