Hi all,

I want to create a teams integrated/sharepoint embedded Chatbot that displays various prompts to the end user.

It will display prompts related to marketing tasks.

This is pretty easy to figure out in ChatGPT but with power users/copilot seems incredibly complicated to find the right places to start.

I have tried using the prompt builder and other copilot studio stuff but not working.

Any help would be appreciated as I am tasked to build this solution for a large enterprise

Hi,

What you are looking for is "quick replies": you can create button for user to click on and it will send a specific message to the chatbot.

For example:

Here I defined 3 quick replies when my bot greet the user and each will send a specific message back to trigger a specific topic.

You can have a title and a message that is different so you can send a complex prompt from a simple button if needed.

You can then orchestrate that in a topic to the generative answer node and either use knowledge from a data source or the internal model knowledge if you want.
