I have my topics configured in Copilot Studio and the question to the user if it was resolved is within the topic but it is not the CSAT, I understand that it should not be like that. Is the qualification of the CSTA question and having the analysis done at the end of the conversation? Is it for the qualification of the entire conversation or is it to qualify a specific topic?
