Hi there,

I have flow set up to capture and record in a document a PVA user & their line manager. I've since discovered there are a number of employees with the same name e.g. Joe Bloggs which automate is then capturing the wrong Joe Bloggs' manager.

Is there a way to capture the actual bot users manager even if they have the same name as someone else?

Currently I'm capturing their username via the bot authentication, searching for that user via their username and then getting that users profile & manager via their UPN. So I have a feeling the issue lies within the 'Search for users (V2)' since UPN is unique, it must be picking the wrong user at that point?
