This is odd.  in the test environment, the bot works with no problems. But when published it giving all kinds of errors including triggering the survey at the of its greeting.  Any ideas?

    Hi @F_Quint ,

Normally, when you publish a change inside the PVA, the chatbot inside the Teams will update between 15 and 30 minutes.

    Did you wait this time?

And we have a similar post inside the forum, you can see here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Bot-Analytics/Resolution-rate-at-zero/m-p/734273/highlight/false#M35

If the issue persists, I'll report to the MS team.

@renatoromao  it has passed more than 1/2 hr by now, also I didn't make any changes to that system topic. I'm still getting this issue.

    Hi @F_Quint ,

You can open a ticket inside the PVA support, they can help you better http://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/support

@renatoromao  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the bot from Teams and that seemed to help with this issue.

However, now that I'm testing in Teams and not inside the PVA test environment I'm encountering a bunch of new issues.

I tried submitting a ticket but I keep getting an error (see below). Do you need to be the Teams Admin for your organization to submit a ticket?

    Hi @F_Quint ,

yes, you need to be a admin user.

I saw similar posts inside the community, I will send to the Microsoft team.
