Handling attachments in power automate from ms forms

Hey guys . Struggling with handling attachments in a simple automate workflow .
get responses form ms forms , if attachment/s send to variable and send email with attachment/s , and if no attachments send email with body only .
I can get the attachments to work using one drive for business but workflow fails when no attachments are uploaded . Any help is appreciated . Can someone post a simple workflow that does that. Thanks

Do you want to determine whether a user will submit an attachment?

Please judge whether the returned content of the attachment in Forms is empty.
