Flow run viewer Security Role

Hi

In scope of our solution, we need to create a custom security role that gives normal users the ability to VIEW flow run history (e.g. when a flow fails).

This is a production environment so they CANNOT have edit permissions or Flow owner status.

Could anybody help me on how to achieve this?

Thanks!

    Hi All

    Thanks for the info.

    This seems like bad design for me...

    But it is what it is I guess

    Hi,
    like said @Velegandla there is not an privilege to grant access only to the run flow history.

    But now, still in preview, the run flow history is stored in dataverse environment and here you can grant access to the table by security role:

    @NativeNass_

    This is not possible.

    You need to store the flow run history to an external SQL table or SharePoint Lists or some other data source and provide read access to users.
