Hi guys,
I'm trying to create a bot in which the responses are dynamic, in which the bot takes the options of dynamics 365 and shows it to the user in the form of options, I just managed to output it in a string format and I don't know how to format that output either. If you can help me with these two cases I would be grateful.

You can format a string using Markdown inside your workflow (Power Automate): https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/approvals-markdown-support
Also, unfortunately, it's not possible to show options that come from Dynamics 365 inside your chatbot.
