"Templates" is missing from left navigator pane

I could see the "Templates" menu in the left navigator pane once before. But it's suddenly disappeared some days ago. Have tried deleting temporary files, clearing browser data, resetting Edge Profiles, logging in via Citrix desktop, but neither worked. The issue is also happening to one of my colleagues, but not to others...

Does anyone has any idea?

Thanks, @v-jefferni. But may I know why there are only two people in my organization can't see "Templates" menu but others CAN see it?
What's the trigger making someone not able to see "Templates"?
Are you able to see "Templates" on your computer?

The most strange thing is that there are only two people in my organization having this problem, while others are able to see "Templates".

Just had a try and saw the same with Chrome and Firefox. I think you're right it may due to the new experience rolling out. New Power Automate experience (preview) - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn
But it's confusing to users as we thought it was an issue.. while if you're right, it's just an on-going change that Microsoft didn't notify users clearly and made us wasting time on finding the cause...

Please try and use another browser like Chrome and find whether the issue is caused on user/browser end or server end. I suspect it is due to the new experience rolling out, but not completed:

Thanks @v-jefferni , I tried clearing browser cache, then opening Power Automate in InPrivate mode. There were few seconds that "Templates" showed up, but it then disappeared. See the capture below:

You may try and clear browser cache or open power automate portal in incognito/private mod. Besides, please try and click below link to see if you can go to the template page:
