Hi,
I have a form with just one field (attachments) and when the user upload an attachment it's not saved
I have a message "unsaved" when I try to upload something like you can see in the screen
Do you know how to fix this ? Thanks !

What is the Item and DataSource of the Form and what are you using to submit the Form?
For the datasource it's my sharepoint list and the item is a lookup

Can you share the exact Item and DataSource (screen shots please) - the error should be with one of these (probably Item) and I am trying to help you find it.
