File usage for one environment is 1 TERABYTE

hi all,
we have a problem with space in our Power Platform Dataverse.
 
As you can see in the below picture, for one of our environments, the File usage is 1 TB
 
How can we shrink that to a more manageable size?
 
It is preventing us adding other environments for new projects.
 
Also, how could it have grown so big?

    Hey, 
     
     
    Setup of a Document Managment all files get saved into SharePoint instead of Dataverse. This will make it much cheaper and usable. 
     
    I see that it is an Test environemnt. If you test over and over the same action and different users try over and over to add another time a mail with attachment and create a note with documents,... you'll get to this DAta amount fairly fast. 
     
    If this helepd you please consider accepting it as solution.

    Click the "graph" icon under the Details column, it should show more of a breakdown for the File usage. Can you post a screenshot of that?
