Trying to hide fields based on selections in PowerApps

I’m trying hide fields unless certain selections are made from dropdowns in my Power Apps?  For example, for my document type, if I select Mini-Pack from the drop down, I want the next drop down  that is filled out to be what Mini-Pack section is being sent for review.

    If i got this right, you want to show items in second combobox based on first combobox selection?
    If your data is created in certain way you can achive this by Filtering items of second combobox by what is selected in first one. Provide more information about your data tables and scenario for more help.

    The scenario is that I have 4 options I can select for my Databook Type.  When I select the Mini-Pack or Safety-Critical Mini-Pack options, I want the next field that is filled out to be my Mini-Pack Section, and I only want the Mini-Pack section option to be visible if either of those 2 Databook Types is selected.  My data source is a Sharepoint List and I have the column types in my List set as choices will all of the available options listed within that column.

    If you just want to hide data cards in your Form use Visible property of your DataCard and make formula.
    for Mini-Pack DataCard Visible:

    DataBookTypeDataCardValue.Selected.Value = "Mini-Pack"
    for Safety-Critical Mini-Pack DataCard Visible:

    DataBookTypeDataCardValue.Selected.Value = "Safety-Critical Mini-Pack"

    You also should use such formula for Required property of your hidden DataCard. Required invisible DataCard is stil required and submitform will generate error. So if you select Databook Type  "Mini-Pack", Visible and Required property will be set to true, rest will be invisible and not required.

    I used the formula in both the Visible and Required fields, and I'm getting an error message now.

    You have to refer to datacardvalue not datacard. By datacardvalue i mean combobox name inside datacard. Your formula should be comboboxName.selected.value =
