Dataverse as Master Data Services

Hello All,

 

We use MDS (Master Data Services , SQL Server) for managing the data quality (Master Data Management). Considering MDS only supports On-Prem and we would like to move to Cloud, we were looking at Dataverse as an alternative. Wondering if anyone had any experience creating Master Data Services Solution on Dataverse. If yes, it would be great if one can comment on the pros and cons and the approach.
