Hello Community,
I have a PVA and I would like to retrieve user information, such as Id, email etc. who have triggered the topic.
Currently the analytics page do not show who and which users has used the chatbot.
Is there a way to achieve this?
I have already referred:

Can this be done?
I believe those are the in-built dashboards by MSFT not sure if they can be customized.
