Cannot show an image from SharePoint in PVA

hi all,

 

i have a power virtual agent chat bot which needs to show an image saved in our Sharepoint site.

 

but the chatbot is not able to pull this image, could someone help and advise?

    The problem is that SharePoint is behind a login and PVA can only show images by returning a URL pointing to the image on an anonymous access location. Since PVA messages don't support HTML there is no way to return the image as a Base 64 encoded string for display the way you would in a PDF. So I've never seen a solution for displaying an image in a bot that uses SharePoint for storage.
