My bot has disappeared from my teams environment

I was building a bot and built it up with quite a lot of information, so would be absolutely gutted if I have it lost permanently. I hadn't been working on it for about two months and now that i am ready to work on it again it seems to have disappeared.

I can see the icon in the teams folder but it has a line through it

It shows as being online in the chat but if you type a question there is no response. When I go to about I can see the version and description but when I open on website it is not there

When I click the power agent app where I built it from it say create a new bot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @SarahC26 did you build your bot from Teams? or from the PVA web app? What kind of license are you using? Are you on the right environment?

hi @SarahC26 Can you also open a support request so that someone can help troubleshoot this with you and look for the missing bot?

Thank you for replying, yes i did build it in the teams environment. As far as i can see that it was published from one of the teams I have set up. I can see that the bot version is Version 1.0.4. We are using the office 365 licence. Yes i do think i am in the right environment
