Generative responses don't work in PVA

Hello, the generative responses have not worked since Tuesday, October 3rd. Was there any upgrade that could affect my Bot, any change in licensing that could affect my account?

It works perfectly until Monday, there are no changes in my licenses and I do not observe any problems at the level of available sessions.
We have the License: Power Virtual Agents Viral Trial, without expiration date and with 10000 lic. from MS partner program.

Could you provide a conversation id of where you've asked a question and not received a response? You can get this from typing "/debug conversationId" into the chat window.
