I created a powerapps form and shared with users with permission but they cant used the card provided in the forms
Eg
A dropdown of department or person type to enter names
Pls any help on this
do they simply not have values in the dropdown? What are you using as a datasource?
There are values in it. When I open it from my end every thing works fine.
The data source is a list from my sharepoint list
What do the users experience when they can't use the cards?
What they experience is that the shared powerapps they cant pick from a created dropdown or chose from a person type (Sharepoint column)
But when I sign in from my side every thing work well
Pls I mistakenly pressed accepted solution. Any help will be appreciated
Can they access the raw SharePoint list? As in if you share the link the the actual list make sure they can see and edit that.
Also just try to make a text box with a value from the list. Make sure they can get any data.
