I have a different result between test in Copilot Studio test environment and run from Power Automate.
After run in Power Automate I have in result, that Copilot cant retrieve a file from SharePoint.
But if I send the same message in Copilot Studio test environment, copilot provides all the data without problem.

Have you added SharePoint as a knowledge source? If yes, make sure the account you’re using has access to the SharePoint site and the files.

Try asking different simple and straight questions to see if you are getting results from the documents. Additionally, disable the setting of use of the trained knowledge on the Generative Answers to return the results from SharePoint only.

Yes I have added SharePoint as a knowledge source.
And I use the account that have access to the SharePoint site and the files.

I asked different questions. In result - Copilot Agent can find the file, but can't extract the information, when you use it from Power Automate flow.

as @Mahesh mentioned - did you add the SP datasource? If yes, then what's the size of the file?

The size of file is 530Kb.
It is a PDF file, may ne in this problem?
