I have a customized PowerApps Form via SharePoint list to create records with attachments. We have the default attachment control to add files. The attachment control works when you are saving and attaching files from a file directory. However, some users are trying to drag and drop attachments from Outlook-Inbox. The user mentioned this worked before. Do you know if this works or work around to this?

If your team used to drag and drop attachments from Outlook into PowerApps and it's not working now, that feature isn't really reliable. What you can do is save those Outlook attachments to your computer first, then upload them to the PowerApps form. This is the simplest way to go about it. If you're looking for a more automatic method, you might consider using Power Automate to create a flow that automatically uploads attachments from certain emails into SharePoint.
