Hi,
I am building an app that assigns approval tasks in Microsoft lists based on input in the app. Here is my case:
Person A is the primary task holder and is essentially responsible for the approval tasks assigned to her. I want her to receive notifications of the approval tasks that are assigned to her. So far, no problems.
I want others to be able to see the approval tasks that person A has on her responsibility list in case person A is out of office. Not only do I want them to be able to see them, but also approve/reject them. On top of that, I only want person A to receive notifications of the approval tasks, and I do not want these other people to receive notifications every time an approval task is created because this would generate an unnecessary and annoying flood of notifications. How do you suggest I best design this in the Power platform? I'm looking forward to your insights. Thanks in advance!
So to recuperate, I need:
1. Others to be able to see the approval tasks of person A
2. Others to be able approve/reject the approval tasks of person A (if A is out of office)
3. Others not to receive a notification every time an approval task is created
