Hi all.

In my PowerApp (connected to sharepoint list) i have this problem:

i have a choice connected to my sharepoint list (combo box) with 2 different values: "Incremento" and "Decremento".

All i want is to change textinput value of another field to "€" & "+" if user choose "Incremento" and "€" & "-" if user choose "Decremento" (this kind of text should not be editable by users). I tried:  If(DataCardValue31.Selected.Value = "Incremento"; "€" & "+"; "€" & "-") in on change of the textinput but nothing change. Someone can help me?

Thanks

    Change the Default property of the Text input control to:

        "€" & If(DataCardValue31.Selected.Value = "Incremento";  "+";  "-")

    I hope this is helpful for you.

    The formula on the Default should be:

        "€" & If(DataCardValue31.Selected.Value = "Incremento";  "+";  "-")

    Is DataCardValue31 your Dropdown control??

    Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, even if i change the formula, nothing change. When i open the page, TextInput field start with € -, but when i choose Incremento or Decremento the text inside the textinput field disappear and nothing change. Yes, DataCardValue31 is my combo box with the items property set of choice of the sharepoint list (that contains Incremento or Decremento option). Some solutions?

    @Datur

    Let's do a quick test then.

    Set the Default property of the TextInput control to : DataCardValue31.Selected.Value

    Let's see if at least it is changing when you change the combobox.

    Solved. Thanks to your reply, the problem was that the textinput field was in number format, instead of text. Thanks a lot!
