TextRecognizer, extract all data in one go

Hi All,

I am using TextRecognizer to extract data from a beberage label. By using TextRecognizer.Selected.Text I get data for the selected item. But is it possible to extract all data contained in the image, in one go,  just by clicking once, even in an unstructured way?

Thank you vey much

Hi @Rick_B, thanks for using AI Builder Text Recognizer. The picture that you have attached has made me thirsty. 🙂

Yes, you can extract all the text detected by the Text Recognizer control by using the formula: TextRecognizer1.Results.Text

In this screenshot you can see how you can put all the detected text in a text input or in a data table for example:

    I hope this helps!

I hope above POC will be useful.

Hi there, this solution function as intended. Thank you.
Is there a chance to copy all the extracted data results simultaneously?

The data results are provided in a cell format, and currently, I can only copy them one line at a time. Is there a method to copy all the data at once?

Furthermore, it would be fantastic if the extracted data could be structured similarly to the image provided. Additionally, having the ability to choose the desired format for extracting the data, such as a Word document or a text file, would be highly desirable. Is it feasible to achieve these requirements?

    I solved it!

In case of the anonymous guy or someone else still needs it.

Create a HTML Text or a Text Label

    HTML - Put

    Concat(TextRecognizer1_1.Results,Text,"<br>")

    Text Label - Put
    Concat(TextRecognizer1_2.Results,Text,", ") - On Text

The last comma means how you want the program to separate the information, on HTML I choose to separate by line, on Text Label by comma.

    Hope it helps!
