We are using PBI Embedded as visualization tool and users external users can log-in through single-sign-on.
This works fine and users can consume dashboards online.
Now we would like to make the PBI environment dynamic by using Power Apps as method to input information into a PostGreSql database which operates in an 'as a service' model.
We could set-up the whole system and it works perfect for our internal employees.
For external users that are not within our AD it doesn't work, as we get the message 'can't find app'.
We think it's because the external users don't have a power-apps license.
Now we cannot use each external user to buy a license, so we were wondering if we can buy ourselves licenses per user and attribute these to external users.
We are trying to this already for some time, but without success.
Any ideas how to get this done?

Hello, @Tsjaikovski Azure AD, enable B2B external collaboration for the tenant. More information: Enable B2B external collaboration and manage who can invite guests.
Then you can grant access to your PowerApps, here are the steps to do that:
