Business Card Reader in Canvas App not loading card on first upload

I've created a Canvas App with the Business Card Reader AI Builder Control.

 

The Business Card Reader Control never works on the first upload of the image, but will work on every upload after that.

 

It's been doing this consistently since I created the App.
