Customise "Employee Ideas" Teams Template and Distribute

New to PowerApps.

I am currently customising the "Employee Ideas" template on our MSTeams environment. We are a consulting company and we need to customise the "Employee Ideas" app on our customers MSTeams environments. There "appears" to be no way to customise the template locally and then export it so it can be imported to a client site.

Are my assumptions correct? Is there a work around other than having to repeat the changes on every customers MSTeams environment?
