Hello together,
I have a huge problem where I need the help/support of the community. I have an Power App which will in future run on mobile devices at customers factory. So I´m not onsite to help if there is any problem. The only way to help is via remote control and to track with Microsoft Azure Insights (Monitor / Log).
In order to deliver a stable app I tested it. For testing purpose it implemented a timer control on the screen which simulates the user interaction. Every minute the timer control will create a new row in the datasource (SharePoint-List) with a Patch Function. Everything works fine for hours, even days. But at some time the application will thrown an unknown error - "An Unknown Error Occurred". More information I will not get - even in Microsoft Insights I will not see any details, also monitor (directly in Power App) is not woring because I exceed the monitor limit/timeout before the error was thrown.
Even if I try to restart the App after the error was thrown (that means close the App, close PowerApp and start PowerApp and App agian), PowerApp says that the App wasn´t installed correctly; I have to restart the entire mobile device, start PowerApp and start my App again - then it works. For another few hours/days.
I hope I could explain my problem quite well and anyone here has had similar problems in the past. Hope I can find help, at least what to do to get more information about the error.
