Unable to add run only users

Hello Community, hope you have a great day!

My question is that, Im unable to add run only users in powerapps for teams flows.

I tried both in teams and in web. Receiving 401 error, but I even tried global admin account for that, also this applies only to new environments, on old ones I can apply groups.

Can you check that the users you’re trying to add are members of the environment and have a security role assigned?

Cant add any user here. Neither env members or just regular one from microsoft tenant

Workaround, use Powerautomate view https://make.powerautomate.com/environments/YOUR ENV ID/flows
