What are the guidelines to follow publishing and sharing dataverse canvas app to other users?

Some guidelines to follow when sharing are:
- Always make sure there ar emote then 1 owner.
- Share with a Azure AD security group instead of individual users
as for publishing:
This shouldn’t be to concerning as long as your following a Dev/Test to Prod approach. Meaning you have at minimum 2 environments. One where you do Development and testing. And one for production.
When you publish you export and import the App (or solution) into the Production environment.
Thank you @Jcook , while exporting app from dev to test to prod, will tables also get imported automatically?

This is where you want to use solutions.
You can add Apps and Tables to your solution and then export and import your solution. And everything will be brought over.
