Sending the user response as an email

I have been using Power Virtual Agent to create chatbot for MS Teams, and I could save the user's chat response as a string and send that string as an email to a support group as an escalation. In that provision in PVA I was able to insert the query from the user as a variable and insert that variable in the email body, along with that I was able to insert the user display name also in to the email body (as a variable), so I could easily identify that whose query it is and call back the user. But in Copilot Studio, I couldn't find any option to insert the variable (query) into the email body. Is there any option in Copilot for that?
